Responsibilities and Duties
As an Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
- Prepare deliverables
- Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
- Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates must have Avg./Good English Comm skills.
- Must have good typing speed of 30-35 WPM with 95%-100% accuracy.
- Must be Graduated in any stream.
- Good knowledge of computer (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experienced/Freshers can apply
- Graduate with strong interpersonal, communication & writing skills accompanied by quick comprehension & clear articulation.
- 1-5 yrs of prior work experience in a similar customer service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to take independent decision & meet stringent deadlines.
- Quick navigation ability, web savvy and basic troubleshooting knowledge.
